This privacy policy applies to all websites offered by Speed-Net GmbH.
Speed-Net GmbH reserves the right to change the privacy policy at any time.

Cookies

In order to make our offering as pleasant as possible for you, we use so-called cookies.
Cookies are small text files that enable user recognition, so that you do not have to register anew each time.
Cookies help us adapt our offerings to your interests.
We use cookies to analyze the use of our offerings and to provide you with interesting information.
We base the use of cookies on Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter f GDPR: The processing is carried out to improve the functionality of our website and is therefore necessary to protect our legitimate interests.
Of course, you can generally use our offerings without cookies. You can prevent the installation of cookies by making the appropriate setting in your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our site to their full extent.
Cookies do not allow a server to read private data from your computer or data stored by another server.
They do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses.

Privacy Policy for the Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies" — text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide other services related to website usage and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by making the appropriate setting in your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Privacy Policy for the Use of Facebook Plugins (Like Button)

Plugins of the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) are integrated on our pages. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like Button" on our page. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our page with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook "Like Button" while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. Further information can be found in Facebook's privacy policy at http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php

If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Privacy Policy for the Use of X

Functions of the Twitter service are embedded on our pages. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter and the "Re-Tweet" function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. Data is also transferred to Twitter in the process.

We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter. Further information can be found in Twitter's privacy policy at http://twitter.com/privacy.

You can change your privacy settings on Twitter in the account settings at http://twitter.com/account/settings.

Other Services

We continuously try to improve our offerings. This also includes testing new tracking technologies or using additional providers. The browser plugin Ghostery will show you which tracking technologies or providers are being used when you visit one of our websites. If we use a tracking technology permanently, it will be listed here.

No Disclosure of Information

Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the company.

We do not generally pass on personal data, including address and email address, to third parties unless you have expressly consented to the disclosure or the disclosure is permitted or required by law.

Use of Data for Our Own Consulting and Advertising Purposes

We are entitled to collect, process, and use your personal data for the purposes of our own consulting, our own advertising, and especially for the needs-based design of the services we offer.

Furthermore, we treat the data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on data protection. We will not pass on this data or the content of your messages to third parties without your consent, unless you have expressly consented to the disclosure or the disclosure is permitted or required by law.

However, this prohibition on disclosure does not apply if we are obliged by order of competent authorities to provide information about inventory data to third parties — in particular government agencies — in individual cases, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, enforcement of intellectual property rights, or on the basis of other legal provisions. No further consent is required for this.

Payment Systems

We would like to point out that in addition to the Internet payment service PayPal, based in San Jose/USA and Luxembourg, other Internet payment systems may also be offered for the payment of our offerings, whose operators may be based outside of Switzerland. These companies store, in particular, the payment-relevant data of the ordering user on servers that may also be located outside of Switzerland. We have no influence on this. The use of these payment systems is solely with your consent.

Integration of Third-Party Services and Content

Third-party content may be embedded on our websites, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, or RSS feeds. This technically requires that the providers of this content can perceive the IP address of users, because without the IP address they could not send the content to the respective user's browser. The IP address is therefore mandatory for the display of this content.

Our website contains links to other offerings. We have no influence on how the providers of the linked websites handle the information displayed on these pages. If you have any questions, please contact the relevant third-party provider directly. We are not responsible for compliance with privacy policies or the content of these websites.

Consent

When using our website, we assume that you have carefully read this privacy policy and agree to it. If you cannot agree to the content of this statement or future changes, we ask you not to use this website.

Information, Correction, Blocking, and Deletion

Under the applicable statutory data protection provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain information about the data stored concerning you, their origin and recipients, as well as the purpose of the storage. You also have the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of your stored data. If statutory, contractual, commercial, or tax retention periods prevent deletion, your data will be blocked instead of deleted.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Speed-Net GmbH may change this privacy policy at any time. Please consult this statement regularly.
